Each room is fully furnished with a comfortable bed, a spacious desk for study, a convenient mini fridge, coffee maker, private restroom with vanity, and Wifi connection. All utilities are included, ensuring a seamless living experience that allows you to focus on your education and personal growth.

In addition to the well-appointed dorm rooms, The Kate features inviting common areas designed to enrich your lifestyle and offer opportunities for relaxation and socialization. The modern elevated kitchen provides a space for you to prepare meals and connect with other residents. Our lounge room features games, TV with cable, and a pool table, creating the perfect environment for unwinding or engaging in friendly competition.
